Bell Let's Talk Day

Bell Let's Talk is an awareness campaign created by the Canadian telecommunications company, Bell Canada, in an effort to raise awareness and combat stigma surrounding mental illness in Canada. It is notably the single largest corporate commitment to mental health in Canada.

Since its founding in 2010, the campaign has committed over $100 million to mental health in Canada with over 1.1 billion interactions registered across various forms of media.

Dedicated to moving mental health forward in Canada, Bell Let’s Talk promotes awareness and action with a strategy built on 4 key pillars:

🔸 Fighting the stigma

🔸 Improving access to care

🔸 Supporting world-class research

🔸 Leading by example in workplace mental health

It’s important to keep our conversations about mental health going, especially with loved ones during these difficult times. Reach out to those close to you and check to see if they’re ok.

To raise money for Bell Let’s Talk Day use the hashtag #BellLetsTalk on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, use the snapchat filter and watch their videos on Facebook and YouTube. Each of these will donate 5¢ to the cause. If you’re a Bell subscriber, text messages and phone calls also donate to the cause!
